- Source code and design files will be handed over only upon full payment and mutual agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide clear project requirements, feedback, and necessary resources promptly.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that the content they provide is original and does not violate any copyright or legal provisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
- CODERS Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.
6. Modifications
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
